The farmhouse and barns are built of beautiful warm local limestone, set around a quiet courtyard within private, unmanicured gardens. The property as a whole extends to the River Dronne to the East, and woodland behind the farmhouse to the west. The woods contain a picturesque stone pigeonnier, and a limestone cave used in wartime as a hide.
A large, in ground heated pool very occasionally shared with owners with Roman step, grab rails, terrace, wooden deck, sun beds and parasols.
A large patio in the enclosed courtyard has a table and chairs for 10, with a showerproof ‘tonnelle’ awning, enabling comfortable outdoor dining.
The BBQ area is by the fig tree, and has a separate picnic table.
